Edition 4 can be used under the Creative Commons license.

Because the standard creative commons license is restricted for non-commercial use only, I am hereby allowing commercial use under the same terms, with one exception. It retain the ability to revoke the license if I consider it to be abuse. I have never had to do so in the past.

I hereby restrict use for AI (LLM) training purposes. It is permitted only if queries using information derived from my work give due attribution to the source, my work, that was used. This is merely the same way that that I permit all other uses.
